Shri. P S PREMANANDAN, Chairman of Radhakrishna Group of companies has established the firm in 2017. The prime motive of the firm was to provide the support services to group companies of Radhakrishna, which comprises more than 15 establishments. Shri. PREMANANDAN recognised the opportunity of Legal support firms all over the world. One-point access for all legal services, that is the key driven objective of the RAMITS.
In 2018, RAMITS recognized that with a huge influx of various sector companies in India, providing top quality legal support was indeed the need of the hour. By setting up the firm, he bridged the gap existing between the expectations & requirements of clients and level of legal support then available within prominent cities of states of Kerala & Tamil Nadu.
Shri. PREMANANDAN ventured backed up by his vast experience for more than 33 years out to shape his vision, with only two associates and now, after an interesting and challenging journey of over 2 years, he has a family of more than 50 professionals (Advocates, CS, CA) in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
